Areas of Activity
Legal
In addition to overseeing the production of the necessary
legal documentation to cover all aspects of the installation,
AIB's expertise - and that of its specialist partners - lies
in its ability to clarify where responsibilities lie. For
broad-ranging complex projects where numerous parties are
involved, the need for unequivocal delineation of who is responsible
for what is essential.
Cabling
For existing properties, AIB's work typically includes a review
of all the fibre and copper wired infrastructure, together
with recommendations for the specification, routing and capacity
of cabling to deliver additional services now and into the
future.
Active infrastructure
A review of existing telecommunications and ISP provision
will be carried out, including an inventory of services provided,
how they are delivered, access details and the relationship
between different parties (for example, the provider, tenant
and landlord). Recommendations will be made, for example,
on the development of new relationships for broader and better
service provision, increased flexibility and scalability,
and opportunities for new revenue generation.
