Centre West (Glasgow) Developer: British Land

This project for an extension to an existing multi-owner retail centre in East Kilbride called for sophisticated tenant communications across a common infrastructure utilising IP technology.

Building on the experience gained at Meadowhall in Sheffield, British Land wished to replicate their experience but retain a good deal of remote control and management from their Sheffield flagship retail centre.

Centre West featured the two challenges of New Build and Retrofit as systems needed integrating into a fully functioning centre.
